To complete the online renewal, you must have the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla or Google Chrome installed.

It is the responsibility of a NC licensed engineer or land surveyor to review and attest to the renewal prior to its submittal. No one may sign for the licensee.

2024 Firm Renewals will begin June 1, 2024. Renewal information will be mailed out to the address on file at the end of May. A renewal email will also be sent out at the end of May. Please add admin@memberbase.com to your safe email list.

After submitting the late renewal and fee online, send an email to firms@ncbels.org to let the Director of Firm Licensure know it has been submitted so it can be processed.

License numbers have 6 characters. The firm license number begins with a “C”, “F”, “D”, or “P”. For example, C-1234. It is NOT your individual license number.
PINs have 5 digits.
